You’ll get a brief introduction to Heidi, your guide on this journey. Next we’ll cover how to navigate this course to make the most of our time together. We’ll also cover any bonus materials and resources.

We’ll explore how to get more from your expanded state of consciousness practice by setting intentions while releasing expectations. 

How do Emotional Intelligence & Sensory Intelligence make a difference in experiencing and integrating expanded states of consciousness experiences?  We’ll begin with two exercises in connecting with our senses.  These exercises will support the work we do together in subsequent lessons.

We will investigate our innate guiding intelligence to discover how it can help with releasing expectations in our expanded state of consciousness practices

We’ll take sensory intelligence one step deeper with an experiential exercise using the skills we gained in the last video.

We’ll have an introduction to Creative Flow & begin to learn how it can assist us with other expanded state of consciousness experiences.

We’ll learn a technique to help you move more easily into your expanded state practice and return to everyday in a more supportive way.

In this experiential exercise I’ll walk us through connecting with a creative flow state using our sensory intelligence.

Often after an expanded state of consciousness it can be hard to find words. We’ll learn a tool to help bridge back into speech as well as back into a standard state of consciousness.

We’ll explore how a creative flow state can be an amazing tool to help decode expanded state of consciousness experiences.  We’ll learn about the power of symbolism and work with tools to help decode the meaning of the objects, stories, unfoldings, and events from your expanded state journey. 

We’ll cover some easy additional supports for working with plant medicine & psychedelics.

In this experiential exercise we’ll use an example from one of my expanded state of consciousness experiences to move into creativity and find meaning.

In the next 3 videos we’ll look at some of the many ways to connect with expanded states of consciousness. We’ll talk briefly about some of the options for practice & get an introduction to creative flow.

While creative flow is its own type of expanded state of consciousness it can also be used to help integrate experiences from other types of expanded states of consciousness.  Together we’ll use movement to connect with creative flow and take a moment to let the creative flow move us in return.

When is it good to not know what something means? What does it mean to “not know”?  How is this in service of transformational growth?

Together we will investigate why we are so drawn to expanded states of consciousness, why it is such a powerful tool for transformation and personal growth.  We will cover some of the ways expanded states of consciousness work can support grief work, releasing anxiety, & working with trauma.

What happens when the experience or the content that shows up feels scary or difficult?  How do you know if it’s a trauma response or fear or resistance?

We’ll finish up with some basics of how working with expanded states of consciousness can support trauma work.

We’ll talk about what we’ve learned and explore how much stronger your connection with your inner voice can become when you use these tools to work with the experiences from your expanded state practice instead of just letting the insights slip back down to the subconscious.
